These sinks look glossy and are ceramic based. These sinks come in a wide range of colors. The most popular color is white.
Glass Sinks
Make sure to buy one that is made of tempered glass. Tempered glass is much stronger and more safe. Glass sinks have a lot of unique and fun contemporary designs to choose from.
Stainless Steel Sinks
Stainless steel is best for the kitchen. However, people looking for an urban feel may like stainless in their bathroom as well.
Cast Iron
If you want a heavy duty sink, this is the one for you. It won’t break (that’s for sure). Cast iron sinks are enameled on top so they come in many colors. Cast iron sinks are very heavy.
Man Made
Wood or metal is sprayed with a polmeric resin. Man made sinks imitate marble, stone, and granite (just to name a few). These sinks give a sophisticated feel for a lower cost. The resin can occasionally be scratched off.
Copper
Copper changes color as it ages. Kitchen sinks have a lot of bacteria on them. Copper is unique because bacteria can’t grow on it.
